What is our cancellation policy?

If one cancellation in the term is made more than 24 hours in advance we will endeavour to find an alternative slot that has a cancellation space within that term. Any subsequent cancellations can not be carried forward. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be made up in another slot.

What happens if Trudder cancels a lesson?

If for any reason we need to cancel a lesson or if we deem the weather too bad to ride in then we will carry that lesson forward and find an alternative day to run that lesson. If there is bad weather and trudder does run the lesson as normal and you do not attend your lesson, that lesson is lost and cannot be made up on a later date.

Can I still pay in cash rather than by card?

Yes, you can still pay cash. We no longer accept week to week payments so if paying in cash, the installment dates are still the same as the online bookings.

Can I move to a different lesson slot?

We cannot move your lesson slots as all the lessons are currently full. If someone chooses not to continue riding and does not take their spot then we can move you to a free slot.

Do I need to make a profile for each of my children that ride at Trudder?

Yes, you need to make a rider profile for each child.
